Job summary

Stryker seeks a strategic Arterial Account Manager to drive PAD and CLTI therapies with clinical expertise. You will lead program development, partner with physicians and health-system leaders, and scale adoption across hospitals.

You will collaborate with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, leadership, and cross-functional teams to launch and grow PAD and LimFlow programs, accelerating adoption and delivering patient impact.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience.
  • Current certifications and vendor credentials.
  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
  • Build alignment with physicians, hospital leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
  • Expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value.
  • Collaborate with VTE Account Managers to align targets and messaging.
  • Deliver presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and administration.
  • Provide clinical feedback to R&D and Marketing as the clinical voice for innovation.
  • Represent Stryker at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Serve as clinical SME during national calls and training programs.
  • Support onboarding and training needs with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.
  • Develop insights during pre-sale and evaluation processes.
  • Perform other duties to support regional and national initiatives.

Job description

Are you a strategic, clinically savvy sales professional passionate about driving meaningful impact in vascular care? Join us as an Arterial Account Manager, where you’ll operate with autonomy, lead program development, and partner with top physicians and health system leaders to bring life‑changing PAD and CLTI therapies to more patients.

In this high‑visibility role, you’ll collaborate across specialties—including interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership, and internal cross‑functional teams to develop, launch, and scale PAD and LimFlow programs. You will also work closely with local Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists to accelerate adoption and drive growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify new growth opportunities and uncover unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
  • Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program‑building initiatives.
  • Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long‑term franchise value.
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets, aligned messaging, and real‑time field insights.
  • Deliver high‑impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits of the portfolio to physicians and hospital administration.
  • Provide valuable product feedback to R&D and Marketing, serving as a key clinical voice for innovation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education to support new hire onboarding and ongoing training needs.
  • Develop and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders during pre‑sale and evaluation processes.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed to support regional and national initiatives.
What You Bring
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting).
  • Exceptional presentation skills—from 1:1 settings to large audiences.
  • Clinical excellence and comfort in case‑based environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the peripheral arterial space.

Base + commission: $125,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
