Job summary

Stryker in the United States seeks an Arterial Account Manager to drive adoption of PAD and CLTI therapies with autonomy and leadership across physicians, vascular surgeons, and health-system leaders. You’ll develop programs, launch initiatives, and collaborate with local teams to scale adoption and strategic growth.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll present clinical and financial benefits, provide feedback to R&D/Marketing, and represent the company at events.

Qualifications

  • BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities and uncover unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
  • Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives.
  • Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value.
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets, aligned messaging, and real-time field insights.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits of the portfolio to physicians and hospital administration.
  • Provide valuable product feedback to R&D and Marketing, serving as a key clinical voice for innovation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education to support new hire onboarding and ongoing training needs.
  • Develop and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders during pre-sale and evaluation processes.

Are you a strategic, clinically savvy sales professional passionate about driving meaningful impact in vascular care? Join us as anArterial Account Manager, where you’ll operate with autonomy, lead program development, and partner with top physicians and health system leaders to bring life‑changing PAD and CLTI therapies to more patients.

In this high‑visibility role, you’ll collaborate across specialties—including interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership, and internal cross‑functional teams—to develop, launch, and scale PAD and LimFlow programs. You will also work closely with local Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists to accelerate adoption and drive growth.

What You Bring

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting).

Required Qualifications

  • At least2 years of experience with Stryker or Inarisales/clinical (preferred).

Base + commission: $125,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
