Job Description Summary:

Due to category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and seeking pioneers who can think creatively and bring new ideas to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to be The Senior Manager North to accelerate ARTD's sustainable profitable growth in Mexico, providing strategic direction, identifying, and maximizing growth opportunities aligned with the OU ambition and priorities.

What You’ll Do for Us

  1. General Management Accountability of ARTD portfolio in North Region (4 Bottlers: CDF, ARCA, Colima, and Nayar)
  2. Drive top-line growth for ARTD Portfolio by leading the implementation of key commercial activities to win in the market
  3. Ensure the execution, tracking, and performance of the Business Plan and other strategic initiatives
  4. Support Modern Trade, On-trade, and 3rd space expansion by removing barriers and enabling growth, working closely with the C&CL team
  5. Lead strategic ARTD projects in the zone and across the OU, such as City Centric, Product Launch, S&OP evolution, RTM models, and performance turnarounds
  6. Develop new capabilities, resources, and plans to unlock portfolio value across channels
  7. Lead and influence stakeholders to foster trust and a growth mindset for sustainable category growth
  8. Partner with marketing to implement category and brand prioritization, capitalize on consumer and customer needs, identify new market opportunities, and enhance competitiveness

Qualifications & Requirements

  • +7 years of experience in general management, with P&L accountability, and experience in Franchise Leadership, Key Accounts, or similar commercial areas
  • Previous experience in the Alcohol Industry is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to set agendas and influence key stakeholders; excellent relationship-building and strategic leadership skills
  • Passion for selling, negotiating, and relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment
