The role involves developing individualized treatment goals, documenting progress for IEPs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining a professional level of documentation and program organization.
This Part-time Art Therapist provides mental health services on a non-verbal and verbal basis to students and their families facilitating the use of art as a medium of expression, develops appropriate treatment goals and acts as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
Master’s Degree in Art Therapy is required.
Experience with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
