St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center – North and South seeks a licensed professional counselor/art therapist (LPC/ATR-BC) for full-time work at two St. Louis campuses. The role involves assessments, individualized goals, and a range of group and individual therapies tailored to adults in a trauma-informed setting.

Responsibilities include team collaboration, participation in meetings, and leading creative arts activities such as art shows. Competitive Missouri benefits accompany the position.

Qualificações

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) is required.
• Experience with trauma-informed and recovery-based approaches is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Completing assessments, developing individualized goals and treatment plans, and maintaining related documentation.
• Planning and implementing a wide range of treatment groups and one-on-one sessions to meet social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Collaborating with treatment teams and participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Planning and leading Central Activity Therapy events related to creative arts (art shows twice per year per campus).
• Assisting clients with submissions for the Director’s Creativity Showcase.
