Framebridge in Henderson, NV is seeking an Art Tech to manage the custom framing process from order intake to final quality check. You will read customer preferences, verify measurements, and apply hardware to frames, ensuring every piece aligns with the customer’s vision.

As part of a dynamic team, you will perform mounting, trimming, and assembly with meticulous attention to detail, while collaborating with customer experience to meet production goals and deliver exceptional framing.

Responsibilities

• Document customer framing preferences for each order.
• Input measurements accurately to ensure compatibility of art and frames.
• Support mat orders and cross-train to framing and mounting processes.
• Escalate questions or concerns to customer experience team and leadership.
• Prepare and mount art pieces per customer specifications.
• Assemble artwork pieces with meticulous craftsmanship.
• Review work orders and execute precise mounting procedures.
• Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation.
• Handle delicate components and ensure quality assurance for each piece.
• Trim surrounding materials to protect artwork with proper tools.
• Apply visual-spatial skills for aesthetically pleasing presentation.
• Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge.
