Job summary

Fusion Academy in Florida is seeking an Art Teacher for grades 5–12 to deliver 1-1 personalized instruction. You will design creative lessons, mentor students, and collaborate with staff to support academic and emotional development.

You’ll teach Studio Art, Illustration, Painting, Digital Media, and more, engaging diverse learners and leveraging new tools and tech in a dynamic, student-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of Art courses (Studio Art, Illustration, Painting, Portfolio Development, Graphic & Fashion Design, Drawing, Photography, Digital Media, Animation, Art History, and Electives).
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

We're for a teacher with a variety of artistic abilities, willing and able to teach digital art, cooking, and painting, and other creative arts.

Pay Range

USD $26.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
