Blick Art Materials is hiring a Retail Store Sales Associate in Baltimore to provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and support sales and merchandising throughout the store. The role emphasizes collaboration with the team and adherence to company policies.

You will assist customers at the Custom Services desk, manage appointments, and ensure orders are completed accurately while maintaining a helpful and energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of traditional art mediums (paints, markers, pencils, printmaking, clay, papers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service by applying product knowledge and training to meet customer expectations.
• Assist at the Custom Services desk including appointments, project consultations, and orders.
• Maintain store aesthetics, signage, and visual standards as directed by management.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Report low stock, inventory discrepancies, and customer requests to management.
