Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking skilled art instructors to join our Studio team in Tennessee. In this role you will greet guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and guide participants through creative experiences across pottery, drawing, textiles, and more.

You will teach across levels from beginner to advanced, maintain studio spaces, and ensure safety and quality in every class while collaborating with team and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Art
• 1-3 years instructing experience
• Competent in Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare Studio and Tools necessary for Upcoming Classes
• Instruct guests throughout Art classes to ensure a Five-Star Experience
• Assist and guide the guests in new and unfamiliar techniques
• Conduct a variety of art classes across pottery, drawing, textiles, and more
