Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of traditional art mediums (paint, markers, pencils, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver superior customer service through sales and product knowledge.
• Complete and utilize Blick onboarding and sales training.
• Provide service at the Custom Services desk, including appointments and orders.
• Display an energetic and positive attitude with customers.
• Assist in coordinating merchandise set-ups and maintain store visuals.
• Follow directions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Report low stock levels and inventory discrepancies to management.
