Job summary

Blick is seeking a part-time Retail Store Sales Associate in Richmond, VA to support the team with customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising. You will assist at the Custom Services desk, process orders, and help keep the store organized and visually appealing.

The role requires flexibility for day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, with an average of 15–25 hours per week. Strong communication and art material knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and training to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provides customer service at the Custom Services desk including appointments, consultations, orders, and delivery of completed orders.
• Maintains energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions.
• Assists in coordinating merchandise setups and maintains store visuals as directed by management.
• Follows directions and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Reports low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management as needed.
