Job summary

Art for All Ages, Inc. is seeking a part-time Art Instructor to conduct live in-person art classes in retirement communities.

Requirements include excellent English, a reliable vehicle with insurance for travel to communities, prior art teaching experience preferred, and the ability to lift 25–30 lbs. Travel between Sterling Heights, Roseville, Grosse Pointe, Riverview and Troy is expected.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between retirement communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live in-person art classes in retirement communities.
• Create engaging, creative, and sensitive instruction.
• Travel to assigned communities using personal vehicle.
• Handle setup and cleanup within scheduled class time.

Art Instructor (Part Time)

Art for All Ages, Inc. is looking for Art Instructor to conduct Live In-Person Art Classes in retirement communities

Art Instructors must have Creativity, Sensitivity, and a Dynamic Personality!

Art Instructors must have the following:

• An excellent command of the English language to communicate
• Reliable vehicle (with Auto Insurance) for travel to various communities,
• Prior art teaching experience (Preferred)
• Personal Washer and Dryer in your home
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25-30Lbs.

Compensation (Pay)

Art Instructors are paid $65.00 per class (Once Trained)

Training for employees is done online

Class time is usually 2 hours

Including set up, class time and clean up time.

(Not including travel time and some minor prep work).
