Strong skills in drawing, sketching, painting, and visual arts, with a solid understanding of fundamental art techniques.

Knowledge of various painting techniques, subjects, materials, and artistic mediums.

Previous experience teaching art to K-12 students is highly preferred.

Experience teaching Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Drawing, Painting, or related subjects is an advantage.

Candidates should have experience working with children of different age groups or a strong interest in teaching children.

Candidates must provide a portfolio link or artwork samples demonstrating their artistic skills and experience with different subjects and mediums.

Training may be provided to qualified candidates who possess strong artistic abilities but have limited teaching experience.

A minimum commitment of two years following successful completion of the probationary period is required.

Teaching and Classroom Responsibilities

Assist classes under the direction of a senior teacher while learning and following the school's teaching methods and curriculum.

Understand and adapt the established curriculum to explain art concepts in creative and age-appropriate ways.

Prepare art materials and maintain an organized classroom based on students' course levels and lesson plans.

Quickly learn and implement new art projects, techniques, and lesson ideas.

Create an engaging, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment that keeps students interested and motivated.

Maintain appropriate classroom organization, student engagement, and discipline in a positive and respectful manner.

Contribute new project ideas and collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve the school's creative and artistic programs.

Communication and Professional Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when communicating with children and parents.

Positive, patient, encouraging, and professional attitude toward students, parents, coworkers, and staff.

Enthusiasm for teaching children and supporting their artistic development.

Ability to work collaboratively with senior teachers and the teaching team.

Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned class schedules and teaching responsibilities.

Physical Requirements
