Responsibilities

• Teach adjunct courses on a semester basis.
• Prepare course materials and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
• Submit syllabi for review by deadlines and maintain course quality.
• Maintain office hours and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.
• Participate in assessment activities to improve student learning.
• Attend required faculty meetings and trainings.
• Monitor attendance, record grades, and complete required reporting.
• Maintain communication via HACC email and respond within 2 business days.
• Adhere to all college policies and procedures including ADA/Title IX compliance.
• Remain active in class for the full term and contact the Dean if absent.
