DRIVERS / ART HANDLING SPECIALISTS, ***Saddlebrook, NJ Area***

Aetna Fine Art Logistics is an industry leader, with a reputation for providing top-quality services to the global fine art community for over 25 years. We are currently seeking conscientious, thorough, and thoughtful fine art technicians and drivers to add to our growing team of specialists.

To fill this role, we are looking for experienced drivers, with art handling and installation experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Applicants must be comfortable working in a team environment and willing to undertake diverse tasks for our full-service fine art operation. Our technicians must be comfortable working directly with clients and managing daily projects. We service a variety of art fairs throughout the US and as a result, this position may include some domestic travel. Occasional nights and weekends may, at times, be required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

  • NON CDL DRIVER, comfortable driving an automatic, 26 foot box truck in NYC and the Tri State Region
  • Current NJ or NY State driver's license
  • Knowledge of safe and secure techniques for loading and securing high valued inventories
  • Installation of diverse artworks, in diverse settings, including art fairs
  • Handling artworks, with the highest level of respect for its safety and integrity
  • Ability to be client facing and responsive to requests in the field
  • High regard for maintaining a safe working environment
  • Knowledge of packing materials and best practices
  • Maintain paperwork for a variety of project types
  • Motivated, self-starter, team player
  • Complete condition inspections and reports
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours when necessary
  • Comfortable working with power tools
  • Maintain a neat and organized environment in our facilities
