Framebridge is seeking an Art Manufacturing and Mechanical Production Technician on the Day Shift in Winchester, VA. You will operate CNC routers, handle framing materials, and assemble orders from retail stores and online.

This hands-on role emphasizes quality, lean manufacturing, safety, and collaboration with art cell teams. Prior woodworking and familiarity with CNC routers are preferred.

The base pay starts at $18/hour with potential bonuses, and the company offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut frame products accurately and efficiently.
• Use nesting software to optimize cutting patterns and material usage.
• Cut moulding with a double miter saw to precise measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue for underpinning frames using a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with art cell teams to prioritize production and meet orders.
• Perform final visual quality inspections on frames for craftsmanship.
• Assist shipping to package finished products when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and organize materials.
