You should have strong organizational skills, prior inventory or shipping experience, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires attention to deadlines and occasional extra hours.

Art Fair Inventory Coordinator | $60k - 65k annual salary; paid hourly, overtime eligible.
David Zwirner seeks a full-time Art Fair Inventory Coordinator to assist with the inventory and shipping aspects of domestic and international art fairs. The Art Fair Inventory Coordinator reports to the Art Fairs Manager, working closely with the Inventory Team and serving as a liaison between various gallery departments as well as crating and shipping vendors. The position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to smoothly multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate should have a strong interest in the operational side of the gallery world and previous experience with art inventory management, registration, or shipping. Position hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 6pm. Candidate will occasionally need to work additional hours.
Candidates must be diligent, extremely organized, and possess excellent time management and communication skills.
