Cinemark in Plano is seeking an Art Director to guide the visual direction of campaigns across print, digital, social, video, and branding. The ideal candidate will translate creative direction into actionable art and design with strong storytelling.

You'll collaborate with ACDs, copywriters, production designers and external vendors, delivering high-quality visuals while maintaining Cinemark's cohesive brand identity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in design or art direction.
• BA in Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-powered creative tools.
• Self-starter with ability to produce content in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to translate conceptual direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough art direction for campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with ACDs, Creative Directors, Copywriters and production teams to create innovative concepts.
• Develops creative aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
• Produces high-quality work across print, digital, social, video, and branding materials.
• Partners with project stakeholders to understand goals, feedback, and vision.
• Works with Copywriters to integrate art and copy cohesively.
• Assists in developing shotlists and coordinating with photographers and vendors.
• Ensures consistency and strong brand identity across touchpoints.
• Develops channel-native content to optimize performance.
• Supports concept presentations with clear design decisions.
• Stays current on trends and new technologies to enhance creative output.
