Wizards of the Coast in Renton, WA seeks an experienced Art Director to lead fantasy art, physical product design, and specialty print for collectible cards. This hands-on role emphasizes offset printing, inks, and finishes, working closely with production, manufacturing, and creative teams to translate concepts into manufacturable cards.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in graphic design/art direction, a strong print portfolio, and advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional graphic design and/or art direction experience, ideally with physical products, print, packaging, or collectibles.
• Hands-on experience developing specialty print treatments and a strong understanding of offset printing, prepress, color separations, materials, and finishing processes.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, graphic design, art direction, and physical print execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a strong eye for detail and experience preparing technically accurate print-production files.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance creative ambition with manufacturing feasibility and a passion for experimentation.
