Qualifications

• BA/BS in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• Well‑rounded portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and experience with the written word and emotionally engaging work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design concepts that engage internal teams and clients.
• Produce comps, mockups, storyboards, and final visuals across digital, print, and other project needs.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure ideas land effectively.
• Manage multiple projects at once while keeping deliverables on-brand, polished, and on schedule.
• Learn from senior art directors and contribute input to help elevate the team’s work.
• Stay curious, experiment, and introduce new ideas throughout the production process.
