Qualifications

• Must meet a clear director bar.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Atomic Design.
• Familiarity with Zeplin and Affinity Diagramming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refine messaging and visuals using performance data and audience insight.
• Distill a hour-long strategy deck into one image that survives the hallway test.
• Develop creative campaigns that translate Phillips 66's strategy into compelling storytelling.
• Prototype three creative concepts cheap so the fourth can go deep.
• Craft layouts, typography, and imagery that elevate the Phillips 66 experience.
• Reframe a rejected idea as the seed of the one that finally lands.
• Grow a scrappy Persona Development toolkit into a documented system the next hire inherits.
• Produce polished assets using Goal Setting and Affinity Diagramming from concept through final delivery.
