Job summary

Gotham is seeking an Art Director with 3–4 years of experience to lead the conceptual thinking, development and execution of multiple campaigns. You will report to the Group Creative Director and collaborate with the account team to define the visual expression for each project, working closely with a Copywriter to craft creative across brand platforms.

We value high-level aesthetic taste, strong concepting, and a passion for innovative work, with experience in beauty, fashion, or non-beauty

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in an agency setting.
• Experience with integrated campaigns; beauty/fashion/CPG experience is a plus.
• Strong visual sensibility and ability to concept and execute high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual development and execution of multiple projects and campaigns from brief to final release.
• Present work to Group Creative Director and collaborate with account teams on visual expressions.
• Work with Copywriter to develop creative across brand platforms under supervision.
