Job summary

SoFi is seeking an Art Director, Generative AI to evolve how our creative and product teams design, prototype, and produce work. You’ll architect production-grade workflows using Figma Weave, Runway, and node-based tools to scale imagery, video, and marketing assets.

Join a team that blends AI with design systems at scale, collaborating with creatives to translate direction into production-ready assets and ongoing workflow innovations across the Creative Studio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI generative imagery and video production experience in design systems at scale.
• Hands-on with Figma Weave, Runway or related AI imagery/video tools and node development.
• Strong understanding of AI models, image pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate creative direction into production-ready assets with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated creative production workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, iterate, and scale imagery for a central image library.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to prototype concepts into assets.
• Identify opportunities to speed up workflows using AI and automation.
• Turn experiments into repeatable templates and scalable systems.
• Stay current with emerging generative AI capabilities across media types.
