Responsibilities

• Push proudly-imperfect design directions far enough to feel new, close enough to feel us
• Frame the design rationale so director approvers feel smart agreeing with you
• Curate and art-direct a consistent visual feed across owned channels
• Present design rationale clearly to director stakeholders and clients
• Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive rebrand
• Keep current with Collaboration and Design Systems to expand the creative toolkit
• Prototype interface ideas fast enough to kill the weak ones cheaply
