Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director with a strong portfolio of large-scale event work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design principles and production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
• Experience with various project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy, account management, and production to develop groundbreaking creative concepts.
• Generate original design concepts and oversee projects from inception to final execution.
• Develop visual narratives that combine words, images, and sketches.
• Create distinctive event identities with color, typography, and imagery.
• Develop detailed storyboards to visualize experiences and content flow.
• Strategically select props and plants to enrich event environments.
• Provide art direction to a team of designers.
• Coordinate design projects with creative project managers and producers.
• Manage design assets and approval processes across tools.
