Job summary

Funko’s Loungefly Art Director will lead the creative vision for accessories and apparel, guiding a design team from concept through production to ensure brand standards, retailer expectations, and commercial objectives are met.

Based in Burbank, CA, you’ll collaborate across Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Licensing to deliver compelling storytelling and premium execution for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Illustration, Communication Arts, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in graphic design with 5+ years in senior creative leadership.
• Experience leading design teams and collaborating with licensors and retailers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong eye for product design, color, typography and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and elevate vision across Loungefly accounts.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and development.
• Review concepts and ensure alignment with brand, licensor, and retailer standards.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and Licensing.
