Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of design and art direction experience.
• Portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking and polished execution across print, digital, social, and video.
• Strong foundation in typography, color, composition, layout, and design fundamentals.
• Ability to translate brand strategy and creative direction into effective visual solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Comfort adapting to new technologies, trends, and evolving client needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools that support ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Comfort with fast turnarounds and cross-office collaboration.
