You’ll lead the creation of motion graphics, video, and social content for our clients across healthcare, mobility, education, government, and mission‑driven brands. You’ll concept, shoot, design, animate, edit, and produce work that performs in the real world. Not just in a portfolio.
This is a leadership‑through‑craft role for someone who can think strategically, execute at a high level, and bring scalable content systems to life.
You’ll report to the Executive Creative Director and collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Media, and Account teams.
We are a lean, senior team with a high bar. We’re looking for someone who is a doer and a team player, who can flex between a variety of tasks, from owning and elevating content creation to developing client‑ready decks to assisting art directors with re‑sizes and versioning.
This role has a direct impact on both client work and Door No. 3’s brand presence.
You should be fluent in:
The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Google AI tools, etc.) to accelerate workflows without sacrificing craft.
It will be considered a plus if you are familiar with Hubspot, particularly managing websites and marketing via the platform.
This is a contract‑to‑hire role. Compensation for contract duration will be hourly and reflect work performed. If hired as a full‑time employee, which will be determined based on performance within contract, the below salary and benefits package would apply.

We work with organizations across healthcare, mobility, education, government, and mission‑driven consumer brands. Our clients include one of the largest not‑for‑profit healthcare systems in Texas, state agencies, national brands, and public‑purpose organizations across the U.S. Most collaboration happens via Zoom, with periodic in‑person meetings in Austin.
This is a full‑time position. Core hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work based on workflow. We work hard, stay busy, and protect balance. We believe strong creative work is informed by full lives outside the office.
