You will drive creative concepts from briefs through production, collaborating with copywriters, strategists, designers, and producers to deliver on-brand campaigns across digital, print, video, and retail channels. The role requires 5+ years in art direction, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with photo/video shoots and Adobe Creative Suite; hybrid work with in-office presence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across mediums.
• Hands-on experience developing campaign creative from idea to rollout.
• Experience supporting photo/video shoots and on-set collaboration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Figma.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ideation and concept development from briefs.
• Develop visual concepts for integrated campaigns across digital and print.
• Translate business objectives into creative solutions balancing brand & budget.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, designers, and media partners.
• Support campaigns from concept through production and post-production.
• Lead art direction for photo and video shoots and on-set collaboration.
• Present concepts with decks and briefs; explain thinking to audience.
