Hale Tori, home to iconic brands Tori Richard, Kahala, and Birdwell, seeks an Art Director to define, elevate, and protect their visual language. You will own the look of seasonal campaigns, lead shoots, and write guidelines that keep three brands distinct while mentoring a small in-house team.

You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work with the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer to build out the aesthetic for each brand, ensuring each holds its own distinction while reading as

Formación

• Seven to ten years of progressive design and art direction experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ownership of brand aesthetic, including guidelines and systems you authored.
• Ability to lead, direct, and mentor other designers while delivering hands-on work.
• Deep command of typography, layout, color, composition, and photography.
• Portfolio showing individual craft and campaign thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define, evolve, and protect the visual identity of Tori Richard, Kahala, and Birdwell with distinct POV.
• Translate brand positioning into working aesthetic across typography, color, photography, styling and composition.
• Lead seasonal campaign concepting from brief to final selects across three brands.
• Direct photo and video shoots on set with photographers, stylists, and talent.
• Own image selection, retouching standards, and post-production direction for campaigns.
• Design across digital advertising, email, web, print, and retail.
• Mentor designers and production artist; manage freelance talent and agencies.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
