Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

About The Role

This role exists to shape a consistent, compelling visual identity across all creative work. You will guide creative direction and lead design teams toward strong brand storytelling. The work is primarily asynchronous, with clear documentation supporting collaboration across time zones. Our team is distributed across multiple countries, working within structured processes and holding zero tolerance for error.

What You'll Do

• Own creative direction across campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment
• Lead and guide designers through concept development and feedback cycles
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines using brand management tools
• Craft visual storytelling that communicates ideas clearly across formats
• Review and refine layouts and designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in creative direction and visual storytelling
• Strong background in design leadership and team guidance
• Demonstrated experience in brand development and maintaining brand consistency
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience using brand management tools and design collaboration platforms, including Figma
• Strong written English — our company works in English
