Job description

RYZE is seeking a Sr. Art Director for our in-house Creative Studio. As a Sr. Art Director you will develop insight-driven ideas with specificity and polish. You are versatile, have great instincts, and know how to craft inspired, integrated content. From presentations to mood boards, low-fi content to big budget productions - you bring taste, curation, and detail that helps shape the story. You are a team player by nature, but capable of soloing on creative sprints when needed.

In this role, you’ll need to excel in developing and driving best-in-class integrated content across film, photography, social and digital. Your work should positively challenge traditional media and social platforms, and even the brief itself, to create memorable, relatable and relevant campaigns. You will thrive at building internal and external relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the work delivers to the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with copywriters, creative leadership, production and cross-functional team members and stakeholders to develop and execute integrated campaigns across film, photography, social and digital
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of of visually cohesive assets
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives
  • Lead the visual creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring a high standard of quality and craft
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all creative outputs
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative alignment
  • Present work confidently to creative leadership and internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind visual and conceptual decisions
  • Stay ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends to inspire forward-thinking work
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years as an Art Director, preferably in in-house studio, and/or agency settings
  • Exceptional design and art direction skills, with a strong aesthetic sensibility
  • A portfolio of highly crafted, integrated content with a strong visual focus
  • Expertize in Adobe Creative Suite - experience in motion graphics a plus
  • Strong storytelling abilities and the capacity to translate concepts into impactful visuals
