Responsibilities

• Providing senior‑level creative direction and guiding the development of compelling digital assets.
• Managing multi‑disciplinary digital project workflows, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
• Independently executing responsive web layout designs for various campaigns.
• Crafting engaging presentation decks to articulate creative strategies and outcomes.
• Balancing strategic oversight with rapid, hands‑on production to meet fast‑paced e‑commerce demands.
• Leading creative concepts without micromanagement, fostering an environment of innovation and independent contribution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Workflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, HTML, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in online retail, e‑commerce footwear, fashion, or accessories.
• Expertise in hands‑on responsive web layout design and prototyping using industry‑standard tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create impactful digital advertising assets for email, display banners, and social campaigns.
• Strong cross‑functional creative direction skills across graphic design, copywriting, and photography.
• Proficiency in project workflow management, including timeline scheduling and creative resource allocation.
• Advanced digital asset production capabilities using enterprise multimedia tools.
• Experience in print and packaging layout design for seasonal marketing materials.
• Ability to seamlessly steer creative concepts without micromanaging, coupled with strong independent technical execution.
