Job summary

Publicis Commerce in the United States is seeking an Art Director to guide creative concepts from concept to production, collaborate with client leadership, planning and creative teams, and help define shopper marketing strategies.

The role requires a bachelor's in graphic arts, at least 3 years in marketing or advertising, strong Mac and Adobe Creative Suite skills, a strong portfolio, and proactive, collaborative work style. Hybrid work options exist in Rogers, AR, Chicago, or New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in shopper marketing or retailer promotions.
• Proficiency in Mac software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• A well-rounded portfolio of conceptual work, with strong design, color balance, photography, logo and typography skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Leadership, Strategic Planning and Creative teams to develop concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies.
• Develop an understanding of the Shopper Marketing discipline.
• Assist Senior Art Director in all aspects of creative execution, from initial concepts through production phase.
• Engage in new business presentations and spec work for potential clients.

We’re looking for an Art Director.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Leadership, Strategic Planning and Creative teams to develop concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $101,790.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
