Qualifications

• 5+ years in art direction or related field.
• Portfolio showing retail apparel/e-commerce photography.
• Experience in high-volume apparel photography production.
• Strong visual storytelling and current design trends awareness.
• Clear collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Bring your creative vision to a fast-paced retail e-commerce environment as an Art Director focused on apparel and accessories photography. This hybrid role offers the chance to partner with photographers, stylists, producers, and creative teams to deliver compelling imagery that aligns with brand standards and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction for apparel and accessories item-level e-commerce photography projects
• Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, producers, creative partners, and external teams to achieve polished final imagery
• Manage multiple creative assignments at once while maintaining consistency, quality, and timely delivery
• Ensure visual output aligns with brand guidelines, category direction, and customer expectations
• Develop and present creative ideas and deck materials that connect design solutions to business objectives
• Support execution across productions while staying responsive to feedback and evolving priorities

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in art direction, creative production, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail creative work, especially apparel and accessories e-commerce photography
• Experience working in high-volume retail e-commerce photography production environments
• Excellent creative judgment and a strong eye for current design, retail, and cultural trends
• Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and adapt in a collaborative setting
• Clear communication skills with the ability to tell a visual story and present ideas effectively
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Miro or other collaborative creative tools
• Background working with cross-functional teams in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Comfort balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
