Qualifications

• At least six months of work with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with various forms of art and ability to teach others.
• Own reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Willingness to transport clients and operate large program vehicles with training.
• Knowledge of general medical conditions and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, and participate in development and implementation of plans and curriculum for individuals.
• Serve as TURN representative in community and agency settings.
• Attend regularly, adhere to schedule, and ensure transportation of clients as needed.
• Support safety and observe signs of aggression or distress.
