PALS CHRYSALIS HEALTH CO. in Heath, OH seeks an Art Coordinator who is artistic, high-energy, and positive, with a passion for arts and crafts to improve the lives of adults with developmental disabilities through creativity and self-expression.

You will supervise and support individuals, manage transportation and documentation, perform safe non-medical transport, ensure vehicle maintenance, attend weekly meetings, and model confidentiality and person-first language.

Qualifications

• Must be an artist with skill and passion for arts and crafts.
• Ability to work with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for transportation, billing, and programs.
• Safely provide non-medical transportation as needed.
• Check vehicle function and maintain a proper maintenance schedule.
• Attend weekly staff/house meetings and promote confidentiality and person-first language.
