Qualifications

• Experience as instructor or observer/controller in ARSOF training.
• Operational experience relevant to ARSOF courses.
• US citizen or legally documented alien with no adverse background.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to pass E-Verify and security review; medically fit for field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Augment instructors as observer/controller SMEs.
• Observe, control, and assess student performance.
• Support in-role instruction and scenario adjustment.
