ARS HRD Program Assistant (Virtual - Beltsville, MD) Fall 2024

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct audits and prepare reports related to program activities.
  2. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  3. Assist with data collection and analysis.
  4. Conduct check-in and follow-ups with newly onboarded interns.
  5. Gather feedback and address concerns.
  6. Foster a positive onboarding experience.
  7. Respond to inquiries via email, Microsoft Teams message, and Handshake.
  8. Post open intern positions in Handshake.
  9. Program Data Management.
  10. Outreach activities.
  11. Peer mentoring.
  12. Participate and serve as co-host to orientations, webinars, information sessions, and other virtual events.
  13. Assist candidates in completing required applications, forms, and documents for onboarding.
