Job summary

Urgent Team in the Knoxville area seeks an experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Tech to join our fast-paced team. You will operate diagnostic equipment, perform X-ray procedures, develop films, and assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and TN State X-Ray License; ARRT certification is preferred. Prior Medical Assistant experience is a plus. This is a full-time opportunity with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• TN State X-Ray License is required.
• ARRT Certification is preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the exam process.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients.
• Document patient information and vital signs accurately.
• Assist with patient transfers and room setup.
• Perform radiologic procedures and ensure radiation safety procedures.
