Washington Regional Urgent Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our healthcare team in Harrison, AR.

About Washington Regional Urgent Care

With six locations in Northwest Arkansas, Washington Regional Urgent Care is an affiliate of Urgent Team, a leading operator of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast. Our centers provide a range of healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. We operate seven days a week with extended hours and are accredited by the Urgent Care Association for safety and quality.

Job Summary

This role involves performing x-ray testing, including patient positioning and movement, operating diagnostic equipment, developing films, and preparing exam rooms. The position also includes Medical Assistant duties. Full-time staff work rotating shifts of 36-40 hours per week, including weekdays and every-other weekend. PRN staff work as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients promptly and provide clear communication about wait times and next steps.
  • Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Perform radiology procedures, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
  • Follow clinical and regulatory procedures for patient safety, including radiation protection.
  • Maintain current licensure and certification, and pursue ongoing education to enhance skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS Certification
  • AR State X-Ray License
  • ARRT Certification preferred
Experience

Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

We offer sign-on/retention bonuses up to $5,000 for full-time candidates with ARRT certification and AR State X-Ray License, and up to $3,000 for those with a Limited X-Ray License.
