Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking a part-time employee to train as a certified MRI Technologist Aide. This earn-as-you-learn opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in working in an outpatient setting, assisting registered MRI Technologists with patient care.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn new skills. This role offers exposure to multiple modalities with future cross-training opportunities, perfect for new graduates or experienced radiographers seeking to expand their skills.
Earn as you learn: seven weeks of paid online coursework integrated into your work week, leading to eligibility for an MRI Tech Aide certification exam upon completion.
Experience: Must maintain current ARRT registration; training provided upon hire.
Education: Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography with current registration.
License/Certification: BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
