CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• To properly arrange and place products into conveyor cavities.
• Rearrange messy looking drafts.
• Start and stop machine to control product flow.
• Shingle drafts properly for arranger; straighten rows, etc.
• Separate ends and pieces, scraps, off-color or off‑grade products.
• Form and stamp cartons, pack carton per specifications.
• Inspect packages while packing.
• Maintain production volume.
• Peel salami and pepperoni type items.
• Cut pepperoni/salamis off of the rack to feed production lines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.

Noise level is loud in the production area and hearing protection is always required. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
