Summary

The Role

Arriba Abajo is a Cantina-themed Bar and Restaurant inside the Thompson and Tommie Austin, two premier lifestyle hotels in Downtown Austin. This new concept will open in early Spring, offering 17,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor dining, lounge space, private event venues, and a pool deck for hotel guests and residents.

Seasonal Bartenders will provide libations and customized recommendations, requiring familiarity with mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards. The role emphasizes maintaining an attractive bar, engaging in casual conversations, and showcasing creativity. Candidates should understand state and local serving guidelines.

This is a seasonal position from mid-February to mid-October, with dates subject to change based on business and weather conditions.
