We are searching for a candidate who would like to pursue a career as a Sales Representative in Medtronic to support Central Eastern Europe South Western (6 countries in scope). The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert technical support in the Operating Room in hospitals and to work with network of accounts to expand the utilization of device therapies, diagnostics, and monitoring for the implantable cardiac devices. For this role you need to be located in Zagreb, Croatia.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide technical support to physicians in the operating room in the hospitals during Pacemaker and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator implants and Electrophysiology procedures.
  • Implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage customer relations at all levels on the territory.
  • Advise referring physicians on company products, therapies and services to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers.
  • Educate referring physicians on clinical evidence of defined therapies to demonstrate improved patient outcomes.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in clinical procedures.
  • Carry out all administrative duties and reports.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University degree in Engineering (biomedical, electrical, natural science or IT will be an advantage) or graduating in Summer 2025.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Driver license (B category).
  • Customer focus (ability to understand the customer needs is a must).
  • Understanding the impact on patient & customer.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn quickly and intensively.
  • Competent & confident with new technology (systems & programs).
  • Willing to travel domestic and international.
