An established industry player seeks a dedicated Arraignment Supervising Attorney to lead a team in the Bronx Criminal Court. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring effective client services and case management within the Criminal Court system. The Daytime Arraignment Attorney Supervisor maintains front line responsibility for the office's provision of client services in the Criminal Court Dayarraignment part. Given current unique staffing requirements, the supervisor will provide supervision at Bronx Criminal Court on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This schedule is considered full-time and subject to change based upon contractual requirements on staffing, office needs and court scheduling.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The salary range represents a good faith estimate of the range we expect to pay for this role. The actual salary offered may vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as collectively bargained salary steps for unionized roles.
Salary Range: $99,444 - $163,507

Higher Education and Loan Forgiveness
The Legal Aid Society is a qualified employer for the purposes of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness. This position allows an employee to take advantage of PSLF and other State and Federal loan forgiveness programs.
