Job summary

Global Force Management Solutions seeks an experienced analyst to lead ARNG/USAR task efforts and oversee senior analysts performing analysis and system design tasks. The role emphasizes resource management for RC training and costing of RC man-days within HQDA PPBE structures.

The candidate will analyze large data files, ensure data quality, and apply knowledge of RC policies, structures, and acronyms while leveraging the Man-day Resource Model (MRM) and full MS Office suite to support decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten+ years of experience with Reserve Component training resource management.
• Five+ years in costing RC man-days.
• Experience with HQDA PPBE process.
• Experience with AT-IDT training policies and RC force structure.
• Ability to analyze large data files and maintain quality control.
• Familiarity with Army and RC acronyms.
• Knowledge of Man-day Resource Model (MRM).
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities
