• Proficient in customer service and routine office equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and web-based apps.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills to guide soldiers transitioning to civilian employment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with readiness services for USAR Soldiers and family members at events.
• Provide personalized career counseling on transferable skills and civilian opportunities.
• Support soldiers transitioning from active duty to civilian workforce.
• Maintain active list of private sector partners and coordinate with P3O.
• Provide monthly outreach reports to P3O staff.
