Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited U.S. medical school or osteopathy; foreign graduates may apply with ECFMG cert
• At least one year GME internship completed
• Current medical license in the United States, DC or Puerto Rico
• Board certification eligibility
• At least one year anesthesiology residency completed
• Ages 21 to 42
• U.S. citizenship
• Permanent U.S. residency
