Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Associate degree required; military/physical security experience may substitute.
• Five years Army physical security experience.
• Knowledge of Army Physical Security policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ability to manage information of contractor staff.
• Understanding of effective customer service orientation.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate instructions and information to visitors and provide accurate directions.
• DISS training and required certifications for user account access.
